Experience Legacy: Kim Chi Workshop

Learn how to make traditionally fermented vegetables! This workshop will cover Kim Chi and Fermented Chili Paste

Taught by staff and youth from Legacy GardenWorks and Children First


We will learn the basics of traditional Lacto-fermentation techniques, which contribute to healthy gut bacteria and are a great way to use fresh produce.

All materials provided, including vegetables, equipment, and jars. Each participant will leave with two jars of fermented goodies to take home.

Tasting pre-made ferments will be part of the class as well. Come explore healthy and delicious fermented foods with Legacy GardenWorks!
